Bought both the Medium and Large sets... these are awesome. Because they are weighty, they are my hand warm-ups go-to. But because they have the chime, I use them for soothing and mindfulness practice. My best bang-for-the-buck baoding balls from Top Chi and I literally have 7 sets! It generates tons of vibrations... it's worth the "step-up" from the non-premium chiming balls (which are great, too) if you'd like a little extra weight. Box is great, too.

So fast, in fact, I wasn’t expecting them, so I wasn’t home and they were stolen from my front porch in the middle of the night.
